Huh, a five year understands when they run out of money, they cannot spend any more. It speaks volumes about the brain power in Washington D.C., doesn’t it?

    No it doesn’t.

    The government hasn’t run out of money, the government’s money doesn’t operate that way, it has the power to determine it’s income. If it needs more money, it can get it.

    technically, there’s always the fact that it’s a slow economy, and GOP stopping anything that goes against party ideals/Obama does– no matter how good it may be for the country.
